HOW DO I CANCEL THE ORDER, I HAVE PLACED?


ORDERS CAN BE CANCELLED UNTIL THEY ARE READY TO BE DELIVERED. NOTE THAT THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL LOGISTICS PARTNERS. YOU'LL FIND A CANCEL OPTION IN THE 'MY ORDERS' SECTION OF YOUR WEBSITE/M-SITE'S MENU, THEN SELECT THE ITEM OR ORDER YOU WANT TO CANCEL. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER THROUGH THE 'MY ORDERS' SECTION, YOU MAY REFUSE IT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, AND A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO YOUR ORIGINAL ACCOUNT IF THE ORDER WAS PAID ONLINE.

I'VE MADE A REQUEST FOR RETURN. WHEN IS THE PRODUCT SCHEDULED TO BE PICKED UP?


THE LOGISTICS TEAM THAT WILL BE ASSIGNED TO PICK UP YOUR PRODUCT WILL DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF DAYS IT WILL TAKE TO PICK UP YOUR PRODUCT. IT COULD TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 4 TO 7 DAYS FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE PICKED.




I'VE MADE A REQUEST FOR RETURN. WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?


AS PER THE RETURNS POLICY, A REFUND WILL BE INITIATED UPON SUCCESSFUL PICKUP. WITHIN THE FOLLOWING TIMEFRAMES, THE REFUND AMOUNT SHOULD APPEAR IN THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT:

  • NEFT - 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED.

NO. AT THIS POINT, VEGAMALL DELIVERS PRODUCTS ONLY WITHIN INDIA.




WHAT IS VEGAMALL'S CANCELLATION POLICY?


YOU CAN NOW CANCEL AN ORDER WHILE IT IS BEING PACKED/SHIPPED, AS LONG AS THE CANCEL OPTION IS AVAILABLE ON THE WEBSITE/M-SITE. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE. ANY AMOUNT PAID WILL BE CREDITED TO THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD USED TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.




IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?


YES, BEFORE PROCESSING (PACKAGING) YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, BY UPDATING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS UNDER 'CHANGE ADDRESS' OPTION, WHICH YOU CAN FIND IN THE 'MY ORDER' PART OF YOUR SITE.




HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?


SELECT THE ITEM OR ORDER YOU WANT TO CANCEL FROM THE "MY ORDERS" SECTION OF YOUR WEBSITE/M-SITE'S MENU.




I JUST CANCELLED MY ORDER. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?


THERE IS NO REFUND IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN CASH ON DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DID NOT PAY FOR YOUR ORDER. YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND INTO YOUR SOURCE ACCOUNT WITHIN 7-10 DAYS OF CANCELLING YOUR ORDER IF YOU PAID BY CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, NET BANKING, OR WALLET. IF YOU PAID WITH PHONEPE WALLET BALANCE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND AFTER YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED, WHICH YOU CAN THEN TRANSFER TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT BY CONTACTING THE PHONEPE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM.
